Agency Principals
Kathy Broniecki, President
Kathy utilizes 20 years of career experience, market research and strategic planning to consistently provide tools and campaigns that help her clients meet and exceed their marketing goals. Her customer-focused philosophy has played an instrumental role in developing unique client service accountability systems, including budget tracking and on-cost/on-time delivery policies. Kathy is actively involved in several community organizations, serving as a board member and chairman of the public relations committee for Camp Fire USA, board member for the Papillion-LaVista Schools Foundation and a Sarpy County advisory board member and public relations committee member for Heartland Family Services. She is a graduate of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s leadership Omaha program and holds a bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University.
Chris Doyle, Senior Vice President
A native of Omaha, Chris has deep roots in the region. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Loyola-New Orleans University, he moved to Atlanta where he worked for Ogilvy-Mather before returning to Omaha. Together with his post-graduate coursework in Rhetoric that he completed at Creighton University, these experiences allow him to bring a unique combination of skills and experience to clients. His ultimate goal: to deliver sound plans, creative concepts and skillful execution that reap impressive results for clients.
Penny Hatchell, Senior Vice President
Penny directs Envoy’s traffic, production, administrative services and network systems as well as being an account team leader with more than 25 years of direct marketing, printing and advertising experience. She has worked with some of the largest direct marketers in the nation, including Sears, K-Mart and Pamida. Penny is extremely active in community and professional organizations. She is a 20-year member of the Omaha Advertising Federation and serves on its executive board. She is also a past member of the American Marketing Association, past member of the Mid America Direct Marketing Association, past volunteer for Boy Scout Pack 401 and past Secretary for the Westgate Elementary Community Club. She currently provides creative services for the Ronald McDonald House, is a member of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, serving on its Small Business Council, and is a board member on the Westside/Westgate Athletic Association.
Barb Ivey, Senior Vice President
As a key player in the media department, Barb supervises a team of buyers that plan and place results-oriented print and broadcast media for a broad spectrum of clients. With more than 15 years of industry experience, she serves as partner contact for Envoy’s healthcare industry clients. She also heads up a number of the agency’s key accounts, using her extensive media and account services experience in niche marketing and positioning. Barb’s philosophy that strong relationships are the foundation for solid and successful partnerships ensures that Envoy establishes and nurtures its client relationships with one-on-one attention.
