This week marked the start of a new era for Envoy. That is, it was the week that Envoy underwent training for the Advantage Total Agency Management System. How can I describe the emotions of the intense four-day period? Let's start with joyful anticipation - we are all very excited that we are replacing the dinosaur AdMan. AdMan is the system we have used, well, since somewhere around 1995. The support for this system had been discontinued long ago, therefore our change to Advantage was long overdue. Our trainer Diane flew in from St. Louis full of exuberance and eager to guide us to the Envoy Advantage! With our new "Advantage" we can simplify and expedite all aspects of agency business. While mid-week most of us had succumbed to being overwhelmed - we were still joyful at our future. Now that Diane has boarded a plane back to St. Louis - what was does that sheet of paper icon mean? Anyone remember? Just kidding.
