What We Do Really Well

During the process of completing a Marketing Assessment Profile for our clients, we often ask,  "What sets you apart?"

We have ways of helping them get to this information such as customer interviews, secret shopping and competitor research. However, we’ve found one good exercise is reaching out to internal staff and ask them the same question. "What would you say our company does REALLY well?"

It’s very important to know what your staff thinks about your business because they are out there selling your company everyday. And it is always nice to have a consistent message. We recently used this approach with our own staff and I'd like to share some of the responses.  

“Envoy puts their clients first. Envoy listens to the client(s), values their ideas, thoughts and works together to promote a successful marketing campaign.” 

“Brand Identification and Strategy- I believe we are thinkers and strategists who put the time in to do the back-end work before beginning the creative process. I think way too many businesses skip this part, which is crucial.” 

“Envoy is really great with client relationships. It is amazing to me how many clients Envoy has had for several decades. It’s so impressive to me – a young professional – how many of our clients we take in and treat like family." 

"I think we are really good at doing whatever it takes to get our clients what they need when they need it…even if it’s a quick turnaround.” 

“We go the extra mile and genuinely care about the successfulness of our clients efforts. Which in turn, means we give a little more than anyone else would. A little more thought, a little more time and a little more effort to ensure we are consistently meeting and exceeding their needs. We are a true partner.” 

“I’ve always believed that if we could have a strong relationship with a client and if we could listen intently to their concerns about their business – and then translate those concerns into actionable marketing objectives – we could shine!
