“Bedazzled” provided an opportunity to celebrate for a good cause.

Heartland Family Service’s “Bedazzled” cocktail party and silent auction was a huge success Sunday night. The fundraiser in Papillion benefited the Heartland Family Service Domestic Abuse Program.

Chair for the event was Jayne Timmerman, with assistance from committee members Nancy Mellott, Paula Freeman, Jessie Freeman, Kathy Broniecki, Melinda Morrison, Karla Rupiper, Linda Chloupek, Toni Schropp and Nancy Hanson.

Heartland Family Services offers a 24-hour crisis line, the “Safe Haven” concealed shelter for victims of abuse, and a comprehensive array of counseling and support services designed to break the cycle of domestic violence. Envoy is proud to have the organization as one of its clients.
