Vote for Envoy as the “Best Advertising Agency” in the Omaha area

Each year the Omaha-Metro business magazine, B2B, and KFAB host the “Best of B2B.” This voting allows community members to identify the best vendors in professional, building, financial, food, travel/event planning and business services.
Simply pick up a copy of the Winter 2007 edition of B2B magazine, found at area businesses and all Border and Barnes & Noble locations, and fill out a short questionnaire. Mark Envoy, Inc. as your favorite advertising agency and public relations firm today! Here’s why:

Our client list boasts long-term relationships – nearly 20 years for several major accounts – a characteristic that is truly unique in the industry considering most agencies are only able to retain clients an average of three years.

In 2006, we proudly helped Roberts Dairy research, plan and execute their integrated 100th anniversary marketing campaign that increased brand recognition and reinforced Roberts Dairy as Omaha’s favorite.

We planned and executed events that raised awareness for major non-profits such as the Visiting Nurse Association, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Camp Fire USA and the Ronald McDonald House to name a few.

We also received an American Marketing Association Pinnacle award for the Markel BMW Ultimate Drive for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and honorable mention for our Metro Community College and Martinizing marketing campaigns.

Envoy continues to focus on the integration of advertising, marketing, public relations and interactive communications to produce results for our clients, all while providing a satisfying, diverse and fun work environment.

With three existing locations in Omaha, Qdoba Mexican Grill needed a unique approach for its fourth store opening. Qdoba called upon Envoy, Inc. to help strategize and implement a local public relations program to increase awareness of the new location, drive attendance to the new location’s grand opening benefit party and create positive buzz throughout the Omaha media.

Envoy created a campaign better known as the “Naked Burritos” (a signature offering on Qdoba’s menu – a burrito made in a bowl, sans its shell). Envoy dressed four willing students as actual human naked burritos. These students donned outfits made of metallic silver fabric and nude bodysuits and hand delivered media kits filled with a news release, fun burrito facts sheet and naked burrito bars.

As a result of the naked burrito efforts, Qdoba had its most successful turnout to date at a grand opening benefit party for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Over 300 people attended and $1500 went directly to the foundation.

“This was the best-attended event we’ve seen so far and Qdoba did an excellent job of keeping up with the crowd,” said Jill Johnstone of the CFF. In addition, Qdoba’s other locations experienced an increase in sales, thanks to the public relations efforts. Operating Partner Tony Page noted that another location had a 30% increase in sales – the best the location has done since it opened.
