Envoy Announces Leadership Changes and a Staff Promotion

Award-winning advertising agency strives to take its success to the next level

OMAHA, Neb., June 22, 2016 — Envoy, Inc., an award-winning, full-service advertising agency, is excited to announce changes in its leadership, as well as a staff promotion. The company is also seeking certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) as a Women Owned Business. Partners Penny Hatchell and Kathy Broniecki have restructured their leadership roles in order to fine-tune the agency’s operations and strategic development. Hatchell has taken the reigns as the company’s president, and Broniecki has taken on the crucial role of chief strategy officer, working to set the pace for Envoy’s future growth.

"Throughout the years, Kathy and I, as well as others, have worked rigorously to build Envoy into a successful and respected company," Hatchell said. "We are thrilled at the prospect of leading it to even greater heights in the future. We have an exceptional team, and with them anything is possible." In addition to these organizational changes, Envoy is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Bentley to senior account executive. Bentley, who started at Envoy in 2012, works directly with Broniecki to develop strategic marketing plans that effectively communicate client brands. With a focus on growing relationships, Bentley serves as the day-to-day lead for Envoy’s clients.

"Kelly has been a tremendous asset to Envoy and our clients," Broniecki said. "Whatever she tackles, she is competent and reliable, and she is very deserving of this promotion."
